What Is Your Return Policy?
DMC Wear Parts is committed to customer service that adds value to our customers. We have become a trusted supplier for our customers with more than a 95% customer retention rate. DMC Wear Parts offers a 30-day return policy. We provide a no-cost return or replacement if the part received is incorrect due to manufacturer error, warehousing/shipping error, or a mislabeled part number.
We will accept returns up to 30-days if an item is returned due to changes in customer need or incorrect ordering, provided that the customer pay return shipping (original shipping cost will not be refunded). Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. If you have more specific questions or concerns about our return policy please contact our sales experts directly.
What Is Your Warranty Policy?
All of the parts that are sold by DMC Wear Parts include industry-standard warranties. These part warranties range from 6 to 48 months and/or 500 to 4000 usage hours with normal wear. The specific warranty offered is based on the type of part, the model, the application, and the supplier/manufacturer. For details about the manufacturer’s warranty on any parts purchased from DMC Wear Parts, please contact us directly and we would be happy to send it to you via email or direct mail.
- Undercarriage Parts – 3 year/4000 hour warranty.
- Rubber Tracks – 15 month/1500 hour warranty.
- Repair Parts – 6 months or 1200 hours.
